TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Taylor Wolff is a Senior Associate for Transwestern’s Healthcare team in the Dallas office. She is responsible for overseeing more than 8 million square feet of a 22 million square foot healthcare portfolio. Since 2021, she has completed more than 1.4 million square feet of real estate transactions and identified savings in excess of $4 million for the client.
Her work specializes in transaction management, tenant advisory, agency leasing, market analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, new site selection and strategic real estate planning.
