TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Logan Gradison is the lead workplace strategist at Transwestern. Logan advises clients on maximizing the office experience and increasing employee engagement. As a workplace strategist with degrees in psychology and interior design, Logan’s unique experience provides her clients with an advantage in reaching consensus, making informed decisions, and improving organizational outcomes.
Driven by empathy and genuine curiosity, she values each client’s singularity. Whether gathering qualitative or quantitative data, Logan’s work is distinguished by her approach: She doesn’t make assumptions, she asks questions.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Logan entered the commercial real estate industry by way of commercial architecture and interior design. For the first ten years of her career, she designed office interiors, working at architectural firms such as HGA, MGMA, OTJ, and OPX. She concentrated on the intersection of interior design and workplace strategy while at OPX.
In 2021, Logan joined West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors and built its workplace strategy practice, which focused on bespoke solutions for mission-driven organizations and law firms. As a part of Transwestern, Logan continues to employ that proven, evidence-based, and insight-led approach.

EDUCATION
Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Marymount University, in Arlington, Virginia.
