Christian Connell

Christian is a Vice President on Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group. He is responsible for leasing over 1 million square feet of medical office, life science, and ambulatory surgery center properties, primarily in the greater Houston area. He also specializes in tenant representation for physicians, healthcare operators, ambulatory surgery centers, and life science clients. His portfolio includes properties across The Medical Center, Midtown, Museum District, Bellaire, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land, and Kingwood. In addition to Texas, Christian regularly transacts in multiple states as part of his broader healthcare platform strategy. He is actively involved in business development, leasing, marketing, and research.

Christian has partnered with numerous Management Services Organizations (MSOs) to help grow their platforms through strategic real estate planning and execution. He has been with Transwestern since 2015, exclusively focused on the healthcare and life sciences sector from the outset.

From 2015 to 2024, Christian has completed over $100 million in lease and sales transactions. His success is driven by deep relationships and a commitment to delivering synergistic solutions that meet client goals. Notable clients include AR Global, MedProperties, D’Agostino Companies, Retina Consultants of Texas, Marker Therapeutics, and Olympia Drive Investments.

Christian received his bachelor’s degree in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University.
